(On the chapter of Personal Authority) “You have a romance in your way of writing. Your artistic flow through imagery, etymology, and symbolism…along with the weaving of multiple lineages of storytelling from the biblical to Hindu, the questions that create a pause for reflection (brilliant execution), and your own detailed illustrations, deepen the experience even further.
I especially enjoyed your attention to detail in using imagination beyond this reality. Your expressions are clear and beautifully structured, but more than that, they are felt. You bridge the unseen and the seen while clearly breaking down each pillar that contributes to the foundation of peace. It’s undeniable you’ve walked the path. You truly read as a mountain with an abundance of vegetation and fruitfulness, cultivated with deep intent. ☯︎
Breaking words down to their origins naturally sparks deeper connection through symbolism and meaning. You have a unique gift for bringing language to life. I took note of words I hadn’t encountered before like solipsistic, rooted in the belief that only one’s own experience is real and your exploration of attenuation opened a door for self-reflection in a really beautiful way.
I loved the metaphor of establishing our own internal real estate as a shelter worth mindful investment and how you went further to break down the essence of niche through a universal lens. Niches used to be a challenge of mine for today’s niches are simply boxes to put people in as if we aren’t all connected :) (:
It feels like a transmission of concepts you’ve lived with and decoded over time and offered as a universal truth that anyone can receive….not just a select few.
The elemental framework you use resonated as a playful yet grounded way to deepen discernment. Seeing people as elements interacting allows me to observe both others and my own responses with more clarity hehe, it really is a playground of elemental energies at play.
I’m currently navigating a liminal space myself and deeply felt your reminder about not overstaying here. Presence feels like the key….both the doorway and the choice of whether or not to walk through it.
I’m grateful you shared this with me. It was deeply meaningful to read and sit with and reflect alongside your process. Much gratitude and love.” - Alexandria
